1.   Services

 

1.1 Counselling is a professional therapeutic service, but no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

1.2 Numerology is offered as a reflective tool for personal insight and self-discovery. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional support.

1.3 Service-specific information and agreements will be provided before your first appointment.

2.   Bookings, Payment & Cancellation

 

2.1 Session fees are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

2.2 Payment is made directly to ANHTHU Wellbeing and must be received before the session.

2.3 At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

2.4 Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session fee.

3.   Privacy

 

3.1 ANHTHU Wellbeing respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3.2 Information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and information you choose to share when making an enquiry or booking a service.

3.3 Your information is used only to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide services, maintain professional records, and meet legal or ethical obligations. It will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

3.4 Reasonable steps are taken to keep your information secure. Records are kept only for as long as necessary for professional, legal, or regulatory requirements.

3.5 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information where applicable under UK data protection law.

4.   Confidentiality

 

Your personal information and the content of your sessions will be treated confidentially. However, confidentiality may need to be breached where required by law or where there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of another person, including safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult. Wherever possible, this will be discussed with you first.
